Foodstuff vs Food Buying (What is your choice?)

As easter the celebration continues, we need to discuss the consumers choice, what is your and my choice about this, some attached luxury to food buying.

Let us define the terms,

Foodstuff

Foodstuff are agric produce that is raw and produced in the farm. There are various words you can use for this as some call it food items, some grocery while to others it is simply farm produce. Though all these words have some disparity but can generally mean the same thing. Therefore foodstuff comes raw and not usually edible.

Food buying

This is the act of purchasing a finished meal, or processed food stuff to a final consumer (usually). Even though some regard agric produces/foodstuff with food in general. That is why we need to explain what we mean in the context of this write-up.

Differences

* Food buying is consider lucrative, faster, and convenient, but what if we tell you it is not totally true, as this choice can be of fewer quality items (farm produce) and very expensive. We are not saying this because we are taking sides but be objective about the truth.

* Agric produce like, I prefer to refer to it are usually natural and not necessarily known with dirty as can be well packaged and organize in getting them.

* With agric produce you can control what the result of the food will be, but with food buying this is already a done deal as you can’t choose to remove a constituent again, and many of the cooks prepare food for the mass and for taste and not necessary nutrient unless you own it.

* Knowing what you eat can also only be achieved by cooking it fresh, which you can only achieved with foodstuff.

* Calories consumption measurement, can only we well achieve by buying raw produce and not through food buying.

Inconclusion objectively I will advise any home and individual to always opt for foodstuff and in fact quality farm produce as it is cheap and provide more nutrient for the body.
